In March 2025, a new hypermarket project located in Sector 2, Bucharest, was completed under a design & build contract, with a total built area of 5,764.07 sqm. The works included the construction of the commercial building, ancillary structures, and related installations, as well as complete external works such as parking areas, access roads, sidewalks, and landscaped green spaces. This project contributed to the development of the local commercial infrastructure and improved accessibility within the area.
