Aedificium Projektentwicklung was founded in 2009 in Cluj-Napoca by a team of construction professionals. In a short time, the range of services was expanded from project management and consultancy to general design, project development and general enterprise. The transition from consulting to general entrepreneurship was a natural one, supported by the requirements of the beneficiaries.

In a short time, the range of services was expanded from project management and consultancy to general design, project development and general enterprise. The transition from consulting to general entrepreneurship was a natural one, supported by the requirements of the beneficiaries.
The quality of the services offered in Romania allowed the expansion of the activity outside the country, the year 2013 marking the opening of a subsidiary in Germany. The expansion of the company continued at the national level – in August 2022, Aedificium Projektentwicklung opens in Bucharest a work point dedicated to projects in the southern part of the country. A year later, on the 14th anniversary since Aedificium Projektentwicklung was founded, the company’s own headquarters is opened in Cluj. Located in a new building, it offers modern spaces, adapted to the specifics of the activity and in accordance with the permanent development of the team.
From 2009 until now, Aedificium has managed to maintain constant growth, both from an economic point of view and the number of employees. If in 2009 the team consisted in 6 members, today it has reached over 130 people who contribute to the continuous development of the company.
