WHISTLEBLOWING POLICY

In accordance with the provisions of Directive (EU) 2019/1937, of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 23, 2019 regarding the protection of persons who report violations of Union law and Law no. 361/2022 regarding the protection of whistleblowers in the public interest, Aedificium Projektentwicklung SRL established the internal way of reporting information regarding violations of the law obtained in a professional context by the persons provided for in art. 2 of Law no. 361/2022.

The third party appointed by Aedificium Projektentwicklung SRL for receiving, registering, examining, carrying out subsequent actions and solving reports regarding violations of the law is Mrs. lawyer Livia Roman, and the contact data that can be used for making/scheduling reports are:
