  • the right to opposition – you can oppose the processing of personal data, for reasons related to the public interest, such as the creation of profiles;
  • rights related to automatic data processing – means how you have the right not to be the subject of a decision based exclusively on automatic processing, which could produce legal effects for the person concerned.

How do we protect your data?

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures, designed to protect your personal data and prevent unauthorized access. We choose reliable employees and partners who understand and apply the Privacy Policy within the company. We have contractual relationships with third parties that offer hosting services and these contracts include obligations regarding the organizational and technical security of personal data.

Although we will do our best to protect your data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted on our Websites; any transmission is at your own risk. In accordance with the provisions of Directive (EU) 2019/1937, of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 23, 2019 regarding the protection of persons who report violations of Union law and Law no. 361/2022 regarding the protection of whistleblowers in the public interest, Aedificium Projektentwicklung SRL established the internal way of reporting information regarding violations of the law obtained in a professional context by the persons provided for in art. 2 of Law no. 361/2022.
