Within this project, the beneficiary wanted to expand the factory in Jucu, located in the Tetarom III Industrial Park, near the city of Cluj-Npoca, on a site of 214,999 square meters. With an area of ​​4000 square meters, the building is connected to the other buildings on the site through roadways, pedestrian alleys, green spaces, parking lots and technical spaces. The project includes storage areas on high shelves, a pre-production area, a chemical storage area and cold rooms.
